How do I access the Hosting Control Panel?
Your hosting account comes with a Virtual Control Panel that
allows you to control your account. To access your Virtual Control Panel
go to http://www.controlpanel.co.uk.
You will be asked for your user ID and Password.
How do I configure Email Accounts?
On clicking the Email button, you will be asked to enter either
POP Account (user) admin or Forwarder (alias) admin.
POP Account admin allows you to set up or modify full
POP email accounts which require additional configuration on your local
email software. Forwarder admin allows you to set up forwarding of an
"alias" email account that is simply forwarded to an existing
account (such as one supplied by a separate Internet Service Provider.
Both options will allow you to set up email based on your domain name.
POP Email Account
The
first screen you will see once you have clicked the POP Account
link allows you to choose whether to add a new account, modify an
existing account or delete an account.
To modify an existing account or to delete an account
simply highlight the name listed on the left window and click the
relevant button.
Adding a new POP email account
Clicking
Add New User will present this screen. Type in the required email
account in Username (such as sales or enquiries).
Type in a Password of your choosing. Confirm by
retyping it in Confirm Password.
Click Create and it's done!
Modifying a POP email account
Highlight
the account you wish to amend. On clicking the Modify Selected User
button you will be able to change your email account Password,
insert or amend an autotransponder (automated email reply) or set
up forwarding to another email account.
If you amend your password you must amend your account
password set-up on your local email software.
When you enter your autotransponder message, the first
line represents the Subject Header of the email.
Click Submit Changes to complete your updates.

How do I configure Email Aliases
The first screen you will see once you have clicked the Forwarder
link allows you to choose whether to add a new alias, modify an existing
alias or delete an alias for forwarding.
To modify an existing alias or to delete an account
simply highlight the name listed on the left window and click the
relevant button.

create a new alias type in the alias you want to create in Username
and then type in the email address you want that to be forwarded to in Address.
Click Create to complete the task.

your alias to.

How do I view my Log Files?
You have full access to your log files which is made up of the
raw data to generate statistics for your web site.
Each daily statistics file is stored on the server for 5 days and is
available for download. Just click on the Log Files Button then
click on the file you wish to download.
