Your email
address will depend on how you have set up your control panel.
All email addresses will take the form of someone@yourdomain.co.uk
You can set up as many
email addresses as you like eg sales@yourdomain.co.uk and
webmaster@yourdomain.co.uk.
Each address is a separate account and can be retrieved by
different people if necessary. top
Can I
have all email going to one email
address?
Yes. You need to set up your
alias forwarding options in control panel. To forward all mail a
single mail box, an alias called 'nobody' should be created. See
the control panel FAQ for details. top
What is the incoming mail
server address?
The mail
server address is mail.yourdomain.co.uk. top
What is the outgoing (SMTP) mail
server address?
You should use your existing ISP's smtp server , unless you are
using our Dial Up Access . If
you need to configure ASP or CGI scripts on the server the SMTP mail
server address is smtp.yourdomain.co.uk. top
How do I
retrieve email with software eg Outlook Express?
Once you
have setup an email address on your control panel you need
to configure your email software to retrieve it. You need to
set up your incoming mail server as a POP3 account. The mail
server addresses are above. Put your domain name
email address in the email and reply
addresses.
Your username is your full email address eg name@yourdomain.co.uk
