What is my FTP host name / address?
Your hostname  is ftp.yourdomain.co.uk.   top

 

What is my FTP username and password?
Your username is the one you supplied in your original application, and confirmed in our email to you. Your password is also the one you supplied in your original application, unless you have changed it using the control panel.   top

 

How do I upload my web pages to my account?
We recommend using an FTP client like CuteFTP or WS_FTP. A demo version of CuteFTP or a FREEWARE version of WS_FTP can be downloaded from download sites such as TUCOWS. Alternatively such software is very often on the cover mounted CDs of computer magazines such as .net   top
